In supporting MAB Human Capital team service recovery initiatives, 48 MABA Staff have been deployed as MH Rangers from 18 March 2020 to assist MH social media & ticketing team.
As we are all aware, our KLIA Ticketing, Global Contact Centre, Social Media and Feedback Management teams are flooded with a high volume of enquiries and written requests by passengers wanting to make alternative travel arrangements as more entry restrictions are being imposed by certain countries to mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak.
MABA MH Rangers have been instrumental in providing the relevant support required in managing this crisis situation. To ensure safety, they also practice social distancing and precautionary measures by wearing gloves and face mask while on duty.
MABA MH Rangers will continue to support the company’s initiatives in curbing & mitigating the COVID-19 crisis outbreak. We pray that this will end soon and wish for everyone’s safety. In the meantime, stay safe & stay home.
