On 3rd February 2020, Malaysia Airlines Academy (MABA) had the privilege to be part of POS Malaysia Berhad Human Capital Open Day.
Organised by POS Malaysia Berhad Human Capital Team, Malaysia Airlines Academy was invited as part of key speakers during the Open Day. Their Senior Trainer, Madam Fouzian had the opportunity to share an insightful session on Taking Customer Service to Greater Heights. It was indeed an engaging session and they were in awe with POS Malaysia's staff enthusiastic participation during the sharing session.
Malaysia Airlines Academy team was also honoured to be given opportunity to set up their booth alongside Global Sales team from Malaysia Airlines at the Open Day. POS Malaysia staff who visited the booth were given an insight on programmes offered at Malaysia Airlines Academy as well as exclusive promotion specially offered for the staff.
